Client Pick Up
With our Pick Up option clients are not charged any additional fees beyond the fees for the items reserved and taxes. If you op to pick up your items you will be scheduled a pick up and return time and as long as those appointments are met, you will not incur additional fees. There is a 15 minute grace window for pick up and return appointments.
DIY (Do It Yourself) Delivery
With our DIY/Do It Yourself service option, our delivery team will fill your order request and deliver the items to your venue on the day of your event or the date you selected during the ordering process. Your rental items will be unloaded and then recovered from the venue at the scheduled pick up time. All items must be easily accessible, organized and repacked into the deliver bins in which they were delivered. DIY delivery services are calculated priced based on the size of the order and distance of the delivery location from our warehouse. You will be informed of the delivery charge after your full order is submitted for review.
Full Service Delivery
With the Full Service delivery option, clients are alleviated from some of the hassle and stress that comes with hosting their special event. Our team will fill your order, deliver it to your venue at the scheduled time and then handle the set up and strike of the IBEV items you've rented in the designated placement at your venue. This service option can include the placement of furniture, linens, chair covers & sashes, rugs, pipe & draping, photo back drops, and more! Some exclusions apply. Full Service delivery services are calculated based on the size of the order, the distance of the delivery location from our warehouse, and the amount of labor involved in your set up (this involves the humber of personnel required and the estimated time required to complete the set up and strike).
Day-of & Advanced Delivery
Day-of and in-advanced delivery are available to you for select equipment, furniture, supplies, and prop items from our inventory collection. There is an additional service fee applied to the total of your inventory rental fee. Delivery rates start at $25 and vary based on quantity, load size and delivery location distance from our headquarters.
Day-of & Advanced Pick-up Options
Save money on your order by opting to pick up and return items rented from our inventory collection. Pick up and return available Monday - Saturdays only. No pick up or returns permitted on Sundays. There are no fees for day-of pick up and returns. Advanced pick up and late returns may be subject to additional fees.

To rent items from our inventory give us a call 7 days a week at 215.300.1255. We offer local delivery (at an additional charge) and free pick up options any day of the week.
